How much does LawnRoute cost?
LawnRoute is free during beta, with no credit card required. The standard plan is $19.99/month for the whole account, not per user.
Is LawnRoute priced per user?
No. Unlike most lawn care software, LawnRoute is a flat per-account price. Put your helper on the account without paying more per user — the price is the same whether you are solo or running a small crew.
What do I pay today?
Nothing. Founder access is free during beta, and you do not need a credit card to get started.
What happens when the beta ends?
You'll be told before your account moves onto a paid plan, so nothing bills by surprise. The standard plan is $19.99/month for the whole account, including your crew.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No contract. Paid plans renew monthly, and you can cancel from your account settings at any time and keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Will the price go up on me?
If pricing ever changes, existing paid accounts get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies.
Is my card information safe?
Payments are processed by Stripe. LawnRoute never stores your card number.
Who runs LawnRoute?
RJ Riley, a working lawn care operator in Mountain View, Arkansas. There is no ticket queue or chatbot — email goes straight to RJ and is usually answered within one business day.
