- Sign in to LawnRoute.
- Open More, then find Legal & support.
- Tap Delete account and confirm the request.

Email [email protected] from the address on your LawnRoute account with the subject “LawnRoute account deletion request.”
What is deleted
LawnRoute will delete your login and the account data associated with you, including your workspace, customer and yard records, schedules, quotes, job history, receipts, expenses, payments, and feedback contact record, except information we are legally required to retain.
We will verify the request, complete deletion within 30 days, and send a confirmation to your account email. Backups roll off within 30 days after deletion. This cannot be undone.
